Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in Time: From 15:00 (3:00 PM).
Check-out Time: Before 12:00 PM (Noon).
Early Arrival & Late Departure: Subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact our Front Desk for real-time support.

Third Guest (12 years and older): Includes breakfast and an extra bed.
- Weekdays (Sun – Fri): VND 710,000 per night.
- Saturdays & Public Holidays: VND 1,150,000 per night.
Children (6 to under 12 years old):
- Sharing existing bedding: VND 200,000 per child/night.
- Requiring an extra bed: VND 710,000 (Weekdays) or VND 1,150,000 (Saturdays/Holidays).
Children under 6 years old: Free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents (maximum 2 children per room).

Standard Rates: * Free Cancellation: Up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged a penalty equivalent to the first night’s stay.
- No-Show: In case of a no-show, 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
Non-Refundable / Promotional Rates: Full payment is required at the time of booking. No refunds, changes, or cancellations are permitted.
Holiday & Peak Season: Cancellation policies may be stricter during festive periods. Specific terms will be displayed during the booking process.

Pet Policy: To ensure the comfort of all guests, animals of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.
Pricing: All final prices are inclusive of 8% VAT and a 5% Service Charge.
Prepayment: Depending on the room type, a deposit or full prepayment may be required to guarantee your reservation.
